Rooming with Friends:

As we get new people wanting to join the group we will have to find a way to deal with rooming.
As of right now we are unable to work these problems out, however it is first priority for
myself.  I am not booking rooms but I will help arrange groupings and meetings and stuff so
that everyone who comes can hopefully get a place to stay.

Admission Information

As it is currently sitting all participants who intend to go with the group are
invited and encouraged to join in with the group package.  This rate will last
until mid March but due to payment reasons if you have not informed/been accepted by
RdKil by the end of February you will no longer be able to join into this group for
the discounted rate and will have to get addmission by some other means, which I have
listed below.

Weekend admission: $45.00 CDN, $35 US

Single Day admissions:

From March 19 to April 23: $45 CDN, $35 US

Group registration allows groups of 10 or more people to pre-register at a 
special price of: $30 CDN per person, $22.50 US per person 

With admission, the option of buying merchandise is also available.

When you e-mail RdKil for the group admission ticket you MUST include the following information.  

Name
e-mail address
Wether you will be buying merchandise, and what sizes.
Wether you are interested in volunteering at the con.  

and most important of all, a payment plan suggestion.  

You MUST send an e-mail with this information to RdKil by February the 14th to confirm you
will be on the group ticket.  And you MUST have agrered with RdKil on a payment plan by 
February 28th, otherwise you will not be going under the group package as the registration 
is being sent in on March 1st.
